Tequila (Hornitos Plata)
2 cups milk
1 disk of Mexican chocolate
Whipped cream
Method Warm the milk and chocolate in a saucepan. Stir with a whisk until the
chocolate is melted and the mixture begins to boil. Remove from the heat
and froth the chocolate with a whisk.
Add one part Hornitos Plata for every five parts of hot chocolate. Finish
with dollop of whipped cream
